Project Industrial Designer - July 2016 – Present

- Carried projects from client meetings, concepts development, stakeholder approvals, sourcing fabricators, to managing fabricators from production to installation / delivery.
- Developed good working relationships while working in multi-disciplinary teams and internal and external clients and stakeholders to deliver common goals.

Public Program (Canada’s 150th anniversary, Rideau Canal Skateway, Fall Rhapsody)
- Animated Canada's Capital by developing the visual identity and design guidelines for the Confederation Pavilion program to celebrate Canada's 150th anniversary
- Applied program look and feel to variety of environmental graphic products (signage, information panels, banners, bus decals, interpretation, etc…)

Branding
- Assisted in the development and application of the Corporate Identity renewal. Applications include: corporate uniforms (textile), fleet, directories, project signage, give away swag, conservation officer badges, interior environmental graphics
- Applied branding through graphic and through material and product choices

Interpretations
- collaborated with designers, content developers, editors, translators, community partners, and fabricators to design and implement interpretation panels for variety of sites.

Landmarkers
- Developed design intent and tender drawings for fabrication

Wayfinding
- Developed maps to help the public find their way, and maps of potential site projects
- Refurbished the “Federal Identity Program” signs - put together fabrication specification and overseeing work

Public Consultation
- design and delivered information panels under tight time lines for last minute public consultations
- Produced renderings on Keyshot to help the public visualize the project intent

Historic sites
- Oversaw and inspected refurbishment of plaques and monuments at Majors Hill Park
- Refurbished failing graphics at Mackenzie King Estate utilizing new production methods

YM Inc.
Junior Graphic Designer - May 2015 – July 2016
-  Created CAD drawings for packaging and graphic print production on soft and hard goods for local and oversee manufacturers. 
- Used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce complex illustrations for graphic prints on apparel and accessories (such as notebooks, water bottles and snap backs). -  Designed intricate pattern swatches for textile prints.
-  Hand draw intricate art pieces and transformed them into graphic prints.
- Corresponded and supplied manufacturers with necessary files for graphic printing.

Real Style Network
Graphic Design and Layout - October 2014 - May 2015
- Used Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to create exciting and engaging graphic layout for physical and digital copy of Real Style Magazine Winter 2014 to Summer 2015 issue.
- Complemented high content articles with relevant visuals to create a comprehensive narrative.
- Used FlipBook HTML5 to create interactive digital magazine that is compatible with various mobile platforms.
- Used Adobe Photoshop to close crop images, edit colours balance and exposures, and manipulate images.
-Used Adobe products for various design projects: Business cards, Veteran’s Day program, Media Kits, Bus Advertisments, Flash Content for web,  

National Capital Commission 
Contract Designer - January 2014 - May 2015
- Used InDesign to create an organized catalogue to document various signage across Ottawa's Urban Core. This catalogue is to be used as a reference for repairs and maintenance of said panels and interpretations. 
- Photographed and documented signage, as well as fabrication and installation specification for the Urban Core Interpretation Catalogue.
- Photographed and documented wayfinding signage for the Canal Skateway  

National Capital Commission
Industrial Design and Environmental Graphic Intern - May - August 2013
- Participated in site visits in order to gather firsthand experience and information to define design problem and determine design consideration
- Designed way finding signage for Canada Day and informative signage for provincial parks
- Used Adobe Illustrator and Solidworks to created technical drawings for fabricators
- Contacted suppliers and provided technical drawings and art files for production
- Met and communicated with client to discuss design job requirements
