Some of my favourite projects were developing and implementing interpretations around the capital, adding an additional layer of culture and history for the public. We took the projects from concept development, layout development, fabrications specifications, and implementation. Collaborating with other designers, external partners, content developers, editors, and suppliers to deliver the public a rich experience.

Pictured here is work done for the Canada’s 150th celebration. There was a small exhibition showcasing Algonquin artefacts that were excavated from the area. It relayed the rich history of pre-contact trade, movement, and lives of Algonquin communities across North America. I was involved in the design and implementation for the exhibition.

Pictured here is work done during the restoration of Sussex Drive. We took the opportunity to beautify what would be a stretch of plywood, graffiti and postering, while at the same time telling the public the history of where they are standing.

Pictured here is two of a series of interpretation of historic farms around the capital. Each interpretation tells us the rich stories of farming life in the region, from the fun dancing parties in farm houses to the realities of market economies. We developed a consistent design and layout that would connect the stories of the different farms into one narrative.
